I never learned his name, but the Guitar Guy is always in the park singing about "setting the dolphins free." When Cocoa the Dolphin disappeared, he became a pretty big suspect!
Who'd want to hurt a dolphin? Especially one as talented as Cocoa, the famous dolphin at the Space Coast Marine Lab?
That's the question that haunted me as soon as I learned about the animal's disappearance. And I couldn't believe the police were doing almost nothing to solve it! True, they had their hands full with a smuggling case that involved almost the entire police department, but still, someone had to do something.
